Display suggestions in Pull-Requests as "Comment-suggested"#32

To make the automatic suggestions more visible during code reviews, it could be great to make those suggestions look like ‘pseudo comments’ with a call to action button to validate the suggestion and create a comment or to ignore the suggestion.
