Some practices created through the UI should be submitted to a Craft Workshop

Currently, all the practices created through the Web UI within the "Our practices" menu are automatically validated, and are not available during a Craft Workshop. It could be relevant to include them within a Workshop to discuss it with a team, and submit them to validation.
